Abstract

A steel material contains, in mass %, C: 0.005 to 0.050, N: 0.05 to 0.30, Si: 0.1 to 1.5, Mn: 0.1 to 7.0, P: 0.005 to 0.100, S: 0.0001 to 0.0200, Cr: 18.0 to 28.0, Cu: 0.1 to 3.0, Ni: 0.1 to 8.0, Mo: 0.1 to 5.0, Al: 0.001 to 0.050, B: 0.0001 to 0.0200, and Ca: 0.0001 to 0.0100.
