An integrated electric power steering apparatus in which a control unitorfor controlling a motoris disposed inside a housing, the control unitoris disposed so as to be coaxial to an output shaftof the motor, and in which the control unitorand the motorare integrated, wherein: the control unitorincludes a circuit boardand an intermediate member; main parts are mounted to the circuit board; wiring is disposed on the intermediate member; the circuit boardand the intermediate memberare stacked; the parts are mounted to first and second surfaces of the circuit board; and a portion of the housing and first surfaces of the parts are placed in direct contact or are placed in contact so as to have a heat-transferring member interposed.
