Abstract
Compositions for the treatment of cancer include an allogeneic granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF)-secreting tumor cell vaccine and an anti-galectin-antibody. Increased titers of anti-galectin-antibodies were correlated with clinical outcome.
