Abstract
The blockchain generation apparatusincludes: a synchronizerthat acquires shared datawhich includes the blockchain dataand transaction datasetsnot included in the blockchain data; a transaction pattern count calculatorthat calculates the number of transaction patterns for a generating party using the blockchain generation apparatus, based on the transaction datasets which are in the blockchain dataand are related to an identifier of the generating party; a block generation condition checkerthat determines whether the generating party is qualified to generate the new blockchain data, based on the number of transaction patterns calculated by the transaction pattern count calculator; and a blockchain generatorthat tries to generate the new blockchain by referring to the shared dataif the block generation condition checkerdetermines that the generating party is qualified.
