Abstract
A substrate () includes a resin material. A first stacked film () is configured by laminating multiple layers and is formed on a first surface () of the substrate (). A light-emitting unit () is formed over the first stacked film () and includes an organic layer. A second stacked film () is configured by laminating multiple layers and covers the light-emitting unit ().
