Abstract
A mount sectionon which a camera gripis mounted in an attachable and detachable manner is provided in an imaging device, and a mount sectionthat is mounted on the imaging devicein an attachable and detachable manner is provided in the camera grip. The attachment and detachment of the camera gripcan be easily performed and manipulability can be improved by providing the mount sectionsandprovided in the imaging device and the camera grip with a bayonet mechanism. Further, a connection cablethat connects the imaging deviceand the camera gripis wound or rewound around the mount sectionin accordance with the rotational movement of a grip main body sectionwith the mount sectionas the axis, and the connection cabledoes not become an obstacle to the switch manipulation of a manipulation sectionprovided in the camera grip. The manipulability of an imaging system can be improved.
