There is provided stable crystalline Form I and Form II of Hexadecyl Treprostinil (CTR) and processes for the preparation thereof. The stable crystalline Form I and Form II of Hexadecyl Treprostinil present advantages in storage, formulation, shipment and handling for commercially considerations.
