Abstract
The versatility of a water collecting member is raised while improving the ease of assembly of the water collecting member. A water collecting memberis formed with plural first marksserving as markers for assembly of the water collecting memberto a first pivot holder. The first pivot holderis formed with a second markserving as a guide for the correct assembly orientation of the water collecting memberto the first pivot holder. The second markis formed corresponding to one out of the plural first marks, and is configured so as to form a pair with that first mark. The water collecting membercan be assembled in the correct position by aligning the second markand the first markthat form a pair when assembling the water collecting memberto the first pivot holder. This thereby enables incorrect assembly of the water collecting memberto be prevented when assembling the water collecting memberto the first pivot holderin cases in which a universal water collecting memberis employed in various vehicle models.
