Component mounting systemincludes electronic component mounting device, control device, image processing device, memory device, and display. Electronic component mounting deviceincludes mounting head, supply device, and component camera, and is configured to use mounting headto pick up an electronic component supplied by supply deviceand to image the held electronic component using component camera. When saving the captured image data on memory device, it is determined whether a condition for using a first format is satisfied (S, S). When the conditions for using the first format are satisfied (S: yes), the captured image data is saved on memory devicein the first format that is a lossless compression format (S). When conditions for using the first format are not satisfied (S: no), the captured image data is saved on memory devicein the second format, which is a lossy compression format.
