Abstract

In a communication system (), when there is no access destination corresponding to a service type to be used by a piece of UE () in one of cellular communication and non-cellular communication, a retrieval unit () of a DB server () selects an access destination by referring to correspondence information in the other of the cellular communication and the non-cellular communication. Thus, when there is no access destination corresponding to the service type to be used by the UE () in one of the cellular communication and the non-cellular communication, the access destination corresponding to the service type is selected in the other of the cellular communication and the non-cellular communication. Therefore, it is possible to select an access destination suitable for the service type from both the cellular communication and the non-cellular communication.
