Abstract

[Object] To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program capable of providing property transactions with a higher degree of satisfaction by generating certain property information using a happiness score based on user information. [Solution] The information processing device includes: a computation unit that computes a happiness score on a basis of sensed user information; and a generation unit that generates certain property information using the computed happiness score.
