An array boardincludes a gate line, a TFT, a pixel electrode, a display pixel PX, and a second interlayer insulation film. The TFTincludes a gate electrodeformed from a part of the gate line, a channel sectionformed from an oxide semiconductor film, a source sectionconnected to one end of the channel section, and a drain sectionconnected to another end of the channel sectionand formed from the oxide semiconductor filmhaving resistance lower than the channel section.
