Abstract
A compounded elastomer comprising an elastomeric resin, a first carbon black, and a second carbon black different from the first carbon black. The second carbon black is a partially crystallized carbon black having an OAN structure of greater than 120 cm/100 g and less than 200 cm/100 g, a surface energy of less than 10 mJ/mand a Raman microcrystalline planar size (L) of greater than or equal to 25 Å and less than or equal to 50 Å.
