A teeth plane reference component () is detachably affixed to the shaft (). A bisecting angle reference component () is detachably affixed to the shaft (). Both the bisecting angle plane () and teeth plane () are attached to allow for longitudinal motion along the shaft () as well as rotational motion around the axis of the shaft ().
