Abstract

An intraocular lens assembly configured to effectively transfer movement of a zonule of Zinn to improve performance of an intraocular lens. The intraocular lens assembly is inserted into the eyeball, and includes: an intraocular lens support body () configured in a shape of a ring inserted into the capsular sac of the eyeball, and provided with an outer circumferential surface () including a first front contact portion () and a first rear contact portion (), and an inner circumferential surface () facing the outer circumferential surface () and including a second front contact portion () and a second rear contact portion (); a connection means () including a deformation facilitating groove () provided between a third front contact portion () and a third rear contact portion () and forming a space spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface (); and an intraocular lens () connected to the connection means.
