Abstract
A flow cell assembly () for a fluid analyzer () that analyzes a sample () includes (i) a base () that includes a base window (B); (ii) a cap () having a cap window (B) that is spaced apart from the base window (B); and (iii) a gasket () that is secured to and positioned between the base () and the cap (), the gasket () having a gasket body (A) that includes a gasket opening (B). The gasket body (A), the base () and the cap () cooperate to define a flow cell chamber (). Moreover, an inlet passageway () extends into the flow cell chamber () to direct the sample () into the flow cell chamber (); and an outlet passageway () extends into the flow cell chamber () to allow the sample () to exit the flow cell chamber ().
