The present invention relates to: Podoviridae bacteriophage Vib-PAP-1 (accession number KCTC 12817BP) which has the capability to specifically destroy, is characterized by having a genome represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, and is isolated from nature; and a method for preventing and treatinginfections, using a composition containing bacteriophage Vib-PAP-1 as an active ingredient.
