There is disclosed a compound having Formula I In Formula I: Rand Rare the same or different and are H or D;Ris the same or different at each occurrence and D, CN, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, silyl, germyl, deuterated alkyl, deuterated alkoxy, deuterated silyl, or deuterated germyl; a is an integer from 0-4; Qand Qare the same or different and are H, D, alkyl, deuterated alkyl, aryl, deuterated aryl, or a group having Formula II*-(L)-HT  (II)At least one of Qand Qis a group having Formula II. In Formula II: HT is the same or different at each occurrence and is a hole transport group; Lis the same or different at each occurrence and is alkyl, aryl, substituted derivatives thereof, deuterated analogs thereof, or combinations thereof; b is the same or different at each occurrence and is 0 or 1; and * indicates a point of attachment.
