Abstract

Parallel inductors include a first metal wire (or) for connecting a drain terminal () and a first metal pattern (or), and a second metal wire (or) for connecting the first metal pattern (or) and a second metal pattern (or). The second metal wires (and) are each positioned between the corresponding first metal wire (or) and a corresponding third metal wire (or) for connecting the drain terminal () and a third metal pattern (). The direction of current through the second metal wires (and) is opposite to the direction of current through each of the first metal wire (or) and the third metal wire (or).
