Abstract
The present invention reduces the width of a frame region. A touchscreen () includes: M sense lines; pad electrodes () that are arranged in N rows×M columns; (N×M) switching elements; N multiplexers (); N sets of M drive lines (), each of the M drive lines () connecting between a multiplexer () and one of M pad electrodes () in a row that corresponds to the multiplexer (); and a driving circuit () that is connected to the N multiplexers ().
