Abstract
A tactile presentation devicecomprises: a substrate; a plurality of wiringsextending on the substrate; a first insulating layerformed on the substrateand covering the wirings; a plurality of electrodesdisposed on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layercovering the electrodes; and a drive circuit selectively applying a voltage signal to the electrodesthrough the wirings, based on a control signal input from the outside.
