Abstract
To provide a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device capable of measuring coordinates over a wide, range with high accuracy and high reliability. A reference standis provided on an installation surface. A reference camerais fixed to the reference stand. A movable cameraand a reference memberhaving plurality of markers are rotatably supported on the reference stand. The reference camera, the movable camera, and the reference memberare accommodated in a casing. The movable cameracaptures a probe that makes contact with a measurement target and the reference cameracaptures the plurality of markers of the reference member. The coordinates of a point at which the probe makes contact with the measurement target are calculated based on the image data obtained by the capturing.
