Abstract

An attachment () for a spout () of a food processing apparatus (), including a housing () with a liquid inlet (), a front face (), and a liquid outlet (). The housing defines a posterior cavity () that removably receives the spout and position the liquid inlet next to the spout. The attachment also includes a drip-stop flap () which is attached to and covers the front face of the housing. The drip-stop flap reversibly pivots about a horizontal pivot axis between a closed position where the liquid outlet is blocked by a sealing element on the flap, and an open position where the liquid outlet is exposed.
