Abstract
Compounds represented by Formula I are disclosed herein, wherein R, Ra and R-Rare as defined herein. Further disclosed are uses and methods utilizing said compounds for use in inhibiting an activity of PERK, and in treating a disease or disorder associated with aggregation-prone proteins, a disease or disorder in which downregulating an unfolded protein response is beneficial, and/or Huntington's disease.
