Abstract

A height adjustable child seat () includes a generally rectangular body () which includes a seat recess (). The child seat is supported by four legs () each of which includes an upper leg () and a lower leg () that extend in telescoping relation. Each leg includes a releasable latch () including a positioning projection () which is selectively engageable in axially disposed positioning apertures (). Each leg is in connection with a foot () which includes a disc () with an overlying tread layer (). The child seat includes a child holding harness () that includes at least one flat plastic band that has smooth surfaces on all sides thereof.
