Abstract
A process for producing a formulation that is solid at up to a temperature of at least 60° C., wherein (a) at least one nonionic surfactant of the general formula (I), R—CH(OH)—CH-(AO)—R(I) (wherein: Ris C-C-alkyl, Ris C-C-alkyl, AO are each independently C-C-alkylene, and x is in a range from 5 to 100), is mixed in a molten state with (b) at least one second substance selected from polyethylene glycol and nonionic surfactants different from surfactants of general formula (I), confectioned, mixed and ground in the solid state with (c) silica or silicate and (d) at least one auxiliary selected from alkali metal citrate, alkali metal carbonate or at least one chelating agent selected from compounds of the general formula (II), R—CH(COOM)-N(CHCOOM)(II) (wherein: Ris C-C-alkyl, phenyl, benzyl, CHOH and CHCHCOOM, and Mis an alkali metal or a combination of at least two alkali metals).
