Abstract
Provided are a fusion protein and a construction method thereof. The fusion method consists of: aprotein D and a Hin47 (Htra) protein. The fusion protein can serve as a protein vehicle for apolysaccharide-protein conjugate vaccine, thereby increasing immunogenicity of a polysaccharide antigen.
