Abstract

The substratefor use in the analysis of a nucleic acid according to the present invention has multiple analysis areaswhich are partitioned on a substrate, and enables the measurement of the analysis areaswhile interchanging the analysis areasin turn, said substratebeing characterized in that each of the analysis areasconsists of an adsorption partonto which a DNA fragment or a carrier having the DNA fragment carried thereon can be adsorbed and a non-adsorption partwhich is a part outside of the adsorption part, and the non-adsorption parthas, formed on at least a part thereof, a marker partthat has a specified shape and helps to identify the positions of the analysis areas
