Abstract
A device for surgical interventions comprises (i) an inner end () guidable/steerable to an operation field, (ii) an outer end () operated by user and (iii) a middle part () which connects both ends () together. Force transmission units extend between the outer end () and the inner end (). The force transmission units, the outer and the inner ends and the middle part () transfer movements of the outer end () to the inner end () in an identical measure, as if the inner end () was a straight continuation of the outer end ().
