Abstract
[Problem] To enable imaging to be performed with appropriate timing. [Solution] In a camera manipulation deviceaccording to the present invention, a trigger signal Tis issued and imaging is begun when a prescribed command is transmitted from a control circuit side to an imaging unit side (see S). Because the issuance of such trigger signal Tis not accepted before a character reception start command is issued, it is possible to perform imaging with appropriate timing.
