Abstract
The invention provides a compound of Formula I, or its tautomer, mesomer, racemate, enantiomer, diastereoisomer or a mixture thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate of the compound of Formula I, its tautomer, mesomer, racemate, enantiomer, or diastereoisomer. Ring A, R, R, Rand Rare as defined in the specification. The invention further provides a method for preparing the compound of Formula I and their use in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a cell proliferative disorder.
