Abstract

An image generating apparatus () includes a first image generating unit () and a second image generating unit (). The first image generating unit () generates a first image showing, in a two-dimensional coordinate system the coordinate axes of which respectively correspond to angles of an antenna () in two axial directions, reception quality information indicating a quality of a received signal received by the antenna () at each antenna angle being the angles of the antenna () in the two axial directions. The second image generating unit () generates a second image that is a photographed image of a direction in which the antenna () faces at the antenna angles. Accordingly, provided is an image generating apparatus capable of easily and accurately adjusting an antenna in the most appropriate direction.
