Abstract

A control device () equipped with: switches () provided in each charging or discharging current path in each of one or more power storage units (); a control unit () that supplies a control signal to the switch (); and an external input terminal () that supplies an external input signal to the switch (). Each switch () has a function for turning off when the control signal and/or the external input signal is a signal for turning off that switch, or a function for turning on when both the control signal and the external input signal are a signal for turning on that switch.
