A monoamine derivative represented by Formula 1 and an organic electroluminescent device including the same: In Formula 1, Armay be represented by Formula 2, Armay be a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring, Arand Armay be different from each other, m may be an integer from 0 to 5, Rmay be a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring, and when m is 2 or more, a plurality of Rmay combine to form a ring. In Formula 2, n may be an integer from 0 to 3; when n is 0, X may be a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group obtained by condensing 2 to 5 benzene rings, and when n is an integer from 1 to 3, X may be naphthyl.
