Abstract
Provided is an internal-combustion engine starting device in which a control unit controls a motor to realize a first starting mode of starting an internal-combustion engine by increasing a rotation speed of the internal-combustion engine to a predetermined first rotation speed NEby the motor and a second starting mode of starting the internal-combustion engine by increasing the rotation speed of the internal-combustion engine to a second rotation speed NEset higher than the first rotation speed NEand set based on a temperature of a coolant by the motor.
