Abstract

The invention relates to a mechanical seal arrangement, comprising a rotating slide ring () and a stationary slide ring (), which define a sealing gap () in between them, and a bellows unit () with a bellows element () and an intermediate disc (), wherein the bellows element () has a first connector area (), a second connector area (), and a bellows intermediate area (), wherein the bellows element () is made of an elastomer material and provides a connection between the rotating slide ring () and a rotating structural component (), wherein the intermediate disc () is arranged between the bellows element () and the rotating slide ring (), and wherein the intermediate disc () has at least one slit () that has a slit width (B) that is smaller than a slit length (S), and wherein the slit () is closed at one side, so that a connection area () remains at the slit () at the intermediate disc ().
