Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may transmit a request for system information based at least in part on a threshold; and receive the system information based at least in part on the request. A base station may receive a request for system information, wherein the request is based at least in part on a threshold; and transmit the system information to a user equipment (UE) associated with the request based at least in part on the request.
