Abstract

A flight control deviceis device for controlling an unmanned aircraft, including: a region detection unitthat detects a flight-restricted regionin which flight is restricted; a distance calculation unitthat calculates a distance d from the flight-restricted regionto the unmanned aircraft; and a collision determination unitthat specifies an altitude and a speed of the unmanned aircraft, and determines whether the unmanned aircraftlands in the flight-restricted regionin case of a crash, based on the altitude and the speed that have been specified and the calculated distance d.
