Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a diamond electrode, which comprises the following steps: a) providing a main body () composed of silicon, the dimensions of which are greater than the dimensions of the diamond electrode () to be produced, b) etching at least one recess () into the surface of the main body (), c) introducing predetermined breaking points () into the main body (), d) coating the main body () with diamond, e) breaking the diamond electrode () out of the main body () along the predetermined breaking points ().
