Abstract
SiNnanotubes and nanorods wherein the nanotubes and nanorods of silicon nitride are pure α-SiNformed by carbothermal reduction of SiOfrom reacting agricultural husk material in heat and forming the silicon nitride nanotubes and nanorods.
