Abstract
A method for enhancing an insulin like growth factorreceptor expression of a mesenchymal stem cell is provided. The method includes culturing a plurality of mesenchymal stem cells expressing insulin-like growth factorreceptors in media containing human cord blood serum to enhance the insulin like growth factorreceptor expression of the mesenchymal stem cells.
