Abstract

A contact pin () for electrically connecting a first electrical contact area (), which is arranged on a device under test () to be surveyed, and a second electrical contact area (), which is arranged in a test base ('), has an elongate central region () which is mechanically connected to the test base (′), has a first spring arm (), the first end () of which is connected to a first end () of the central region () and the second end () of which has a first contact region () for electrical contact-connection to the first electrical contact area (), and has a second spring arm (), the first end () of which is connected to a first or second end () of the central region () and the second end () of which has a second contact region () for electrical contact-connection to the second electrical contact area (). The first and the second spring arm () are each oriented, in the region of their first end (), at an angle (ϕ) in relation to a longitudinal axis () of the central region (), which angle is smaller than or equal to 90°.
