Abstract

There has been a need for a neutralizing monoclonal antibody which is useful for antibody therapy effective against ebolavirus. The present invention provides a monoclonal antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, which recognizes an internal fusion loop of ebolavirus GP and is capable of neutralizing the biological activity of ebolavirus.
