Abstract
A foaming oil cleanser composition and a method of preparing a foaming oil cleanser composition are provided. The foaming oil cleanser composition includes (a) a dialkyl sulfosuccinate, (b)Seed Oil, and (c) one or more oils. The foaming oil cleanser composition is essentially free of water and sulfate.
