Abstract
A binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery porous membrane comprises: a polymer; and an organic solvent, wherein a boiling point of the organic solvent is 30° C. or more and 100° C. or less, and an absolute difference |SP|=|SP−SP| between a solubility parameter SPof the polymer and a solubility parameter SPof the organic solvent is 1.5 or more and 6.0 or less.
