Abstract

A multi-function peripheral () includes a main controller () which executes a function in a normal mode and stops in a power-saving mode, a sub-controller () which executes a function in the power-saving mode, an accumulation unit () which is operable, in the case where setting information for a prescribed setting item is changed in the function executed in the power-saving mode, to accumulate the setting information before and after the change in a prescribed memory (), and a notification unit () which is operable, in response to switching from the power-saving mode to the normal mode, to make notification to a user by displaying the accumulated setting information before and after the change.
