Abstract
A porous carbon material for an electric double-layer capacitor electrode, in which the porous carbon material is formed from secondary particles having a particle size of from 3 μm to 100 μm, the secondary particles are formed from primary particles having a particle size of from 0.1 μm to 0.5 μm, and the porous carbon material has an internal specific surface area of 900 m/g or greater.
