Abstract
A sanitary unit () is provided, which is configured for insertion into a discharge fitting. The sanitary unit () includes an upstream sieve () and a throughflow regulator (), which includes a control gap () and a throttle body () that deforms under pressure to regulate throughflow varying the control gap (). The sanitary unit () also includes a jet fractionating plate (), having a plurality of axial openings () in a throughflow direction positioned downstream, in a flow direction, from the throughflow regulator () and the sieve, the throughflow regulator () is arranged within an interior space () between the sieve () and the jet fractionating plate.
