Abstract

The invention relates to a device () for foaming a viscous material (), said viscous material () being conveyed through a first conveyor pipe () using a first conveying means () at a first conveying pressure, and a gas () being conveyed through a second conveyor pipe () at a second conveying pressure, and the second conveyor pipe () and the first conveyor pipe () becoming conjoined at an opening (), and a discharge device () being provided downstream of the opening () so as to allow a pressure-relieving discharge of the mixture () made up of viscous material () and gas (), a gas injection valve () being arranged at the opening (), said gas injection valve () allowing to inject gas bubbles () into the viscous material ().
