Abstract
An SGW-C acquires correlation information in advance and retrieves an SGW-U corresponding to a tracking area of a movement destination of UE with reference to the correlation information. An MME issues a request for connection between the SGW-U retrieved by the SGW-C and an eNB. In this way, since the correlation information in which SGW-Us and tracking areas are correlated with each other is stored, it is possible to appropriately change a tracking area even in a situation in which a control plane and a user plane are separated.
